Monthly Mean Stratospheric Geopotential Height and Temperature Analyses from Observations by the Free University Berlin (FUB)

Two data sets, which contain analyses on 4 vertical levels (100, 50, 30, and 10hPA), can be accessed. Grids with 5 degree horizontal resolution cover the time period from 1979-1997. Grids with 10 degrees resolution cover the time period from 1957-1997.

The data are available as IEEE binaries (GrADS format) and NETCDF on the ftp server at /sparc/ref_clim/fubobs/. Refer to the README file for further details.
